Skills

1. Ensures patient information is held securely, confidentially and accurately maintained on an electronic system
2. Administration and reporting to ensure efficient running of the clinic as per company policy and processes
3. Ensures payment for services received by ensuring controls in place and adhered to
4. Manages, monitors and orders clinic services stock and equipment, along with prevention of loss and shrinkage and monitoring cold chain
5. Financial and commercial acumen
6.  Ensures SANC registration and indemnity up to date
7.  Establishes locum network and arranges locums
8. Implements and conducts self-audit tool
9.  Time management 

Qualifications

1. Registration as Professional Nurse
2. 3 year diploma in nursing or the 4 year degree
3. A minimum of 3 years practical experience in a broad range of nursing disciplines, preferably Community Health, Primary Health and Midwifery
4. Unisolv and Allegra (preferable)
5. MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
