Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to provide assurance and consulting services over the OVG’s information systems, processes, and controls to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data and technology assets within the OVG
Minimum Requirement
- Relevant NQF level 07 qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Auditing or equivalent qualification. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT auditing of ICT governance, operations, security and business applications.
Knowledge Required
- Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT
- Knowledge of IT General Controls and Application Controls.
- The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Corporate Governance of ICT Policy Framework.
- Proficiency with auditing software, including CAATs. COBIT principles.
