The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Hospitality or Food Services Management Qualification
3. 1 – 2 Years proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
4. Proven customer service experience as a manager
5. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waitering staff
6. Familiarity with restaurant management software
7. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
8. Acute financial management skills
9. Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
10. Friendly, courteous and service-orientated
11. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
12. Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
13. Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
14. Great attention to detail
15. Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
